Please note, that the Society will use best endeavours to utilise designated gifts in accordance with the wishes of the donor. However, in some cases this may not be possible (e.g. if the Society deems that the cause is already fully funded, or if the Society does not operate in the designated area) - where this occurs, the Society will attempt to contact the donor and take further instructions. If, with reasonable efforts, contact cannot be made, the Society reserves the right to utilise the gift in an area corresponding most closely to the original wishes of the donor, or failing that, in the General Fund.
